By booking a service with Oorky Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity, quality, and a smooth experience for both the client and the studio.

All bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment. The advance is non-refundable, as it reserves the date and blocks the team’s schedule exclusively for you. The remaining payment must be completed before or on the day of the shoot, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details such as location, timing, and special requirements. Any last-minute changes may affect the quality or coverage of the shoot, and the studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client or event management.

Oorky Photography retains the copyright to all photos and videos captured during the shoot. Clients may use their delivered photos and videos for personal use. The studio will only use images for marketing or portfolio purposes with the client’s permission. If the client requests full privacy, the studio will not publish or share any images.

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeline discussed during booking. Raw files are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon. The studio’s editing style is an artistic choice, and clients understand that the final results may differ slightly depending on lighting, venue conditions, and other factors.

Any additional requirements such as extra hours, extra photographers, travel expenses, drone coverage, or special edits will be charged separately. Travel and stay expenses (if applicable) must be covered by the client.

In the rare case of equipment failure, illness, or unexpected emergencies, Oorky Photography will arrange an equally skilled replacement photographer or offer an alternative solution. If the shoot cannot happen due to the studio’s fault, a full refund of the advance will be provided.

Clients must review delivered photos and report any issues within a reasonable timeframe. Revisions, if applicable, will be handled based on availability and the nature of the request.

By continuing with the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
